Refunds & Returns – Ada Clothes

Your satisfaction matters to us.

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Note: Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.
